AI chatbots and Copilot for the enterprise

We help organisations adopt generative AI on the Microsoft stack: chatbots in Copilot Studio, Copilot enabled safely across Power Platform, and Azure AI built into your apps and processes, all under proper data governance.

Who this is for

  • CTOs and enterprise architects who have been asked how to adopt AI without losing control of their data.
  • Customer service, HR and IT helpdesk teams that answer the same questions every day.
  • Application owners who want automated decision-making inside an existing Power App or flow.
  • Organisations that have switched on Copilot features but have no policy for what AI-generated apps may do.

Problems we typically solve

  • Leadership wants AI, but the real question is governance and security, not adoption.
  • Nobody can answer with confidence whether company data trains a public model.
  • A chatbot answers generic questions but cannot look anything up in your systems or take an action.
  • AI-generated apps skip the review and release process that manually built apps go through.
  • It is unclear where to start, so pilots drift without a measurable outcome.

What we deliver

  • Chatbots in Copilot Studio (the successor of Power Virtual Agents), connected to your data and processes so they can answer and act.
  • Copilot enablement in Power Platform: configuration in the Power Platform admin center and training for a network of internal champions.
  • AI Builder models: document processing such as invoices and receipts, and sentiment analysis, without custom code.
  • AI integrations in apps and flows: Azure AI services that add automated decision-making to the processes you already run.
  • Governance layers: usage monitored with the CoE Starter Kit, and AI-generated apps passing through the same ALM process as any other app.

How we work

  1. Enable and educate. Switch on the right features in the admin center and train a champion network to use them well.
  2. Identify use cases. We look for high-friction processes; customer service, HR onboarding and IT helpdesk are typical candidates.
  3. Build and pilot. One use case, one measurable outcome, real users.
  4. Govern and scale. Monitoring through the CoE Starter Kit and the same release discipline for every AI-assisted app.

Frequently asked questions

Is our data used to train public AI models?

No. Under Microsoft’s enterprise commitments, your data stays within your tenant boundary and inputs and outputs are not used to train the foundation models. Existing role-based access controls are respected, so Copilot cannot access data a user is not permitted to see.

Which use cases should we start with?

High-friction, repetitive interactions: customer service, HR onboarding and IT helpdesk are prime candidates. Choose one with a measurable baseline, so the pilot proves its value.

What is the difference between a Copilot Studio chatbot and AI Builder?

A Copilot Studio chatbot is a conversational interface for people. AI Builder provides models that work inside apps and flows, for example to read invoices or assess sentiment.

Do AI-generated apps need the same governance as other apps?

Yes. They should go through the same ALM process as manually created apps, and their usage should be monitored. Our article on implementing AI copilots in Power Platform covers the phased approach.
